We allow modifications on orders with 1 week or more notice. Cancellations less than 2 weeks before pick up, will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit (no exceptions). To modify or cancel your order, you may email [email protected] or text/call (312) 842-0220.

Our custom order schedule is first-come, first-serve. It can fill up at any time so the more notice you give, the more likely it will be that we have availability. The order must be placed a minimum of 48 hours before.

While we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we are NOT an allergen free kitchen. If you have any severe allergies, please note that we cannot assume any liability that may come with the risk of allergen consumption.

We are a made-to-order bakery and do not keep pre-made products on hand. This allows us to provide the best quality baked goods.

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for all orders since we are a made-to-order bakery. Rush orders (i.e., an order for the same day) might be possible for an additional fee. Please email [email protected] for more information.

Delivery options in the Chicagoland area are available for custom orders only. Delivery fees can be provided with your order quote.

At this time, we do not ship any of our products.

All custom orders under $100 require full payment at the time of ordering. Orders over $100 require a 50% deposit when placing the order with the remaining balance paid at least 2 weeks before the due date. The deposit is required to reserve the date.
