Sip and Decorate: Valentine’s Day Cookie Decorating Class – Saturday, February 14

Get ready for a fun time learning how to decorate cookies!

In this hands-on, in-person class, you’ll learn step-by-step how to decorate a festive set of Heart Cookies that are as beautiful as they are delicious. No experience is needed.

Whether you come with your partner, close friend, someone special, or just yourself (self-love is important too), this event is the perfect way to share quality time, get creative, and eat tasty treats.

Class Location:

RLM Studio, 4042 N Pulaski Rd, Chicago (Irving Park)

Note: This location is different than our bakery.  Windy City Baker is a home bakery/cottage food operation.  I have rented an event space for this class to have sufficient room for teaching.

What You Will Learn:

• • Our favorite cookie and royal icing recipes
  • How to outline and flood cookies
  • Multiple piping techniques including flooding, flocking, royal icing and fondant transfers, wet-on-wet, feathering, and wet-on-dry
  • Using edible markers and painting with luster dust to add finishing details

  More Information:

  • Each ticket is for one person and you will leave with 6 decorated cookies.
  • Any children under age 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  • Classes are BYOB.  Sip on your favorite drink while learning a new skill!
  • All tickets are final sale and non-refundable or transferable to another date.  If you are unable to attend after purchase, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
  • Allergens and dietary restrictions: This class includes wheat, dairy, and eggs.  We do offer a gluten-free option.  Please note that foods are prepared in a kitchen that regularly uses most major allergens.
