Easter Cupcake Decorating Class – Saturday, April 19

Class Time: 1:00PM – 3:00PM CST

Learn all the skills you need to decorate these adorable Easter-themed cookies!

No experience is required!! We will guide you through the entire process, providing tips and tricks to achieve professional-looking cupcakes.  Get all of your questions answered in this relaxed and supportive environment.

What You Will Learn:

  • Our favorite vanilla cake and frosting recipes
  • Preparing and filling a piping bag
  • Using various piping tips and common sweets (e.g., marshmallows and shredded coconut) to create designs

More Information:

  • Each ticket is for one person and you will leave with 6 decorated cupcakes.  The cake and frosting flavor is vanilla.
  • Any children under age 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  • All tickets are final sale and non-refundable or transferable to another date.  If you are unable to attend after purchase, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
  • Allergens & dietary restrictions: This class includes wheat, dairy, and eggs.  We do offer a gluten-free option.  Please note that foods are prepared in a kitchen that regularly uses most major allergens.

Note: This location is different than our bakery.  Windy City Baker is a home bakery/cottage food operation.  I have rented an event space for this class to have sufficient room for teaching.
