I'm a self-taught, home baker and winner of the "Chicago's Best Baker 2019 Contest." I've been baking since I was a kid, but my passion took off in grad school when I started baking as a way to de-stress. Over the past 10 years, I've taken multiple baking classes (including a macaron course with a pastry chef in Paris), written lots of step-by-step tutorials, created PDF guides, and taught baking and decorating courses. My ultimate goal is to share my knowledge with others and to help everyone gain confidence in their abilities when baking from scratch!
